CAGD 377: Mobile Game Development
I worked with two other teammates in this class to create a fully published game. I worked as the Lead on the team, which meant that I was the one tasked with setting the team's workload (including my own), and publishing the game onto the Google Play store. We all collaborated using Unity 3D to create a game that would fulfill the requirements set by our instructors and one that was fun to play.
My main workload during the project consisted of making most of the 3D models for all the obstacles, roads, and houses that we used in the game during the Endless Runner portion of it. I also spent a fair amount of time making level "chunks" which were prefabs we used to randomly generate the road and allow for a bit of level design flair. I also did a lot of UI work, adjustments for the level chunks based on feedback, and some car controls.
I also worked on uploading the game to Google Play, making sure that our game was fully published by the time the class ended. Overall it was an awesome experience and I'm excited to put the things I learned from that experience into practice later
